Apart from being an Entrepreneur, Rahul Basak is a Nationally Awarded documentary photographer, who owns the prestigious Adobe's Behance Coin (Medal) from India and also featured in MTV Nescafe Lab. He recently signed his first coffee table book contract with one of the biggest publishing house in India, Notion Press, Chennai. The book will be on Documentary photographs on various psychological stages of human behavior along with poetry (on the same subject, written by him).
Rahul Basak is an Upcoming TEDx Speaker, he is going to speak for TEDx on 11th February. Talking about his educational background, he completed his polytechnic from Siliguri Govt. Polytechnic in Computer Science and Technology and Completed his graduation (B.Tech) in Information Technology from Heritage Institute of Technology. After this he was pursuing Masters of Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (Home Campus) but at the end of his 2nd Semester, after returning from his China tour and especially after visiting Hong Kong Film Festival, he dropped out from his Masters and give full-time attention to create Amar Canvas® with his close friend Amit Das (COO of Amar canvas®) and to develop Indian Art Culture.
